Shipping Receiving

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.  Orders are normally shipped 3-10 Business Days from order date.  Larger orders may require more time and take longer to ship.

Your pearls are handcrafted once your order is placed and payment is received.  My careful attention to ALL details insures you are 100% satisfied with your order.

Insurance-US Domestic

Insurance on your package is recommended.  It is a $2.50 option at checkout.  If you do not add insurance to your package, I cannot be responsible for lost packages.

International Orders

International orders (outside US)  will be mailed with insurance USPS Priority International.

You are responsible for your country’s customs and duty fees.

No refunds, returns or cancellations.

Please verify size and color before finalizing your order.

Please do not leave your pet or child unattended while wearing or handling their pearls.  I am not responsible for chewed or broken items.

Normal wear and tear should be expected on any product.

Please do not get your pearls wet. Store your pearls in a cool and dry place.

No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items.
